"I found the content very relevant to conditions I face in my classroom with adult learners. Next class I will use music at the start of class. In speech organization and outlining sessions I will use the backward method to present the information. This is the section where students usually doze off. "

"I love, love, loved this course! I am a huge fan of mnemonics and enjoyed learning so much more about knowledge retention and unique ways to improve upon that. Thank you for providing such an exciting course jam packed with user friendly ideas that can be implemented immediately."
"This course was very helpful to me. It provided me with information that has already helped me to improve as an educator."
"I thoroughly enjoyed this course as it is very relative to the instruction we provide at our institution. Much of the material presented is applicable to what I do in simulation. One technique I plan on using is beginning with the end or outcome in mind. For example, in a course where we practice code blues I will begin with showing a clip of a perfectly run code blue (visual). Hands on (kinesthetic) instruction of CPR will follow on a mannequin. I will provide a written guide in colored paper and to evaluate their learning, I will create a crossword puzzle with clues on the related material or a written student guide with fill in blanks, to evaluate learning. This course provided much of the knowledge I needed as to the why and how's of active learning strategies. Thank you. "
"I enjoyed this course. The content is excellent for teaching and parenting. All of the information presented can help in the professional workplace, teaching adult learners and teaching teenage students."
"This course is a great tool in designing a classroom, understanding how students will best learn for the instructor better planning."
"Agree with course content and useful for how I can teach better! "
"What I liked about this course is that every section was directly applicable and relevant to my teaching style at a community college. This course gave me insights into how to improve engagement in my classroom setting. I learned that I lecture WAY too much."
