NASASPS Partners with MaxKnowledge to Launch Excellence Programs and Professional Certification for Employees in Private Postsecondary Education
Sacramento, CA, April 22, 2013 - In an effort to enhance the performance, quality and effectiveness of higher education institutions, the National Association of State Administrators and Supervisors of Private Schools (NASASPS) has launched a series of Excellence Programs in partnership with MaxKnowledge, Inc. NASASPS will award professional certification credentials for participants who successfully complete the Excellence Programs.
Designed to address critical skill areas in higher education, seven comprehensive Excellence Programs make up the series including:
- Excellence in Higher Education Leadership
- Excellence in Management and Supervision
- Excellence in Campus Operations
- Excellence in Admissions
- Excellence in Career Services
- Excellence in Teaching
- Excellence in Online Teaching
Each program requires the completion of 12 online courses. Participants who successfully complete a program earn 48 hours of continuing education credits as well as NASASPS Certification as a Certified Higher Education Professional (CHEP).
