MaxKnowledge Launches Online Compliance Training Course For Admissions, Financial Aid and Career Services Professionals

Las Vegas, NV, June 20, 2012 - MaxKnowledge today announced the release of a unique compliance training course at the 2012 Annual Convention of the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU).

CM104 Compliant Interactions: Acting with Integrity is a four-hour online training course immediately available on over 25 association training portals powered by MaxKnowledge, including the National Association of State Administrators and Supervisors of Private Schools (NASASPS) and the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU).

"CM104 is a facilitated online course designed for admissions, financial aid and career services personnel. It outlines key operating principles related to federal regulations with an emphasis on what employees should and should not say in their communications and disclosures with a prospective student", said Cindy Bryant, Vice President of Compliance for MaxKnowledge.

"This course empowers admissions, financial aid and career services staff to achieve transparency in a practical, everyday manner through exposure to real world scenariosâ', said Tim Foster, Chairman and CEO of Concorde Career Colleges, Ogle Schools, and YTI Career Institute, who led the development of the course. "The course spells out the regulations pertaining to communications with students and it details the consequences of violation. But the real objective of the course is transparency for the sake of trust. We have administered customized versions of this course for each of our school systems," added Tim Foster.

"Building a culture of compliance moves beyond the mindset of simply following the rules and standards - or else. This interactive course positions compliance not only as an action, but a result of doing the right thing, for the right reasons, when interacting with our students and with the community at large,â' said Dr. Amir Moghadam, CEO of MaxKnowledge. We have posted a complimentary video in the Compliance Journey group (www.compliancejourney.com) in The Career College Lounge that explains this concept. I encourage every education professional serving our sector to watch this powerful, 90-second video," added Dr. Moghadam.

Private and customized versions of CM104 are available for larger institutions through the Center for Excellence in Education (CEE), MaxKnowledge's employee development initiative with the Imagine America Foundation (IAF).
